Each cupboard is expertly manufactured off-site, using coordinated BIM models to guarantee seamless integration with traditional build elements. Equipped with pre-installed, fully tested systems — including HIUs, electrical distribution, water meters, and ventilation — our units arrive ready for swift on-site connection, cutting installation time, site labour, and snagging.

Built to all relevant British Standards, our MEP Utility Cupboards can also be customised to suit your project’s specific layout, performance needs, and aesthetic requirements.
